A shared inbox where nobody answers twice
Every draft, read receipt and open conversation is live across the team, so two people never write the same reply to the same visitor.

Assignment that helps rather than blocks
The first agent to reply on an unassigned conversation takes it, and anyone can reassign or unassign at any time. Assignment drives who gets notified, never who is allowed to answer, so an urgent question is never stuck behind whoever happens to own it.
Filter the queue by open, closed, mine or unassigned.
Snooze until tomorrow and it leaves the open queue, returning if the visitor writes again.
Notes never assign anything and never reach the visitor.

Built for the awkward moments
See what a teammate is writing
Their draft appears in your queue as they type it, so you back off before duplicating the work. The visitor only ever sees typing dots, never the draft itself.
Pull the right person in
Mention a colleague in an internal note and they are pushed even if their notifications are set to mentions only. Mentions are an explicit list, never guessed from the text.
Know who else has it open
Every agent viewing a conversation is shown to the others, deduplicated per person, so one colleague on a phone and a Mac counts once.
Answer the twentieth identical question
Save a reply, give it a shortcut, and expand it from the composer. Per site, or shared across all of them.
