Placeholder. This page has not been written. A hosted chat product processes other companies’ customer conversations, so it needs drafting properly, and probably by a lawyer, before anyone is asked to pay.
It has to cover, at minimum:
- What is stored: conversations, messages, visitor email addresses, IP addresses and approximate location.
- Who the controller is, and that customers control their own visitors’ data while we process it.
- Subprocessors: Cloudflare (hosting, D1, R2), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Apple (push).
- Retention and deletion, including the self-service export and organisation delete.
- Where data is stored, and any residency commitments.
- A contact address for requests.
