It has to cover, at minimum:
- What the service is and what uptime, if any, is promised.
- Billing: per seat, monthly, prorated when seats change, and what happens when a payment fails.
- Cancellation and refunds.
- Acceptable use, and grounds for suspension.
- Liability limits and governing law.
